These terms explain the basic rules for using Noraflow. By using Noraflow, you agree to use the service responsibly and understand how its calculations and locally stored information work.
1. About Noraflow
Noraflow is a business-management tool that helps users record daily sales and track estimated profit, expenses, savings, products and other business information.
Noraflow is designed to reduce the need to record every individual sale when a user primarily wants a simple daily view of sales and estimated profit.
2. No account required
The core Noraflow application does not require an online account. Information entered into the application is stored locally on the user's device or browser. There is currently no Noraflow cloud account from which we can restore records if local data is lost.
3. Your responsibility for your records
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information you enter into Noraflow. You are also responsible for protecting your device, browser and locally stored records and maintaining backups you consider necessary.
4. Profit calculations are estimates
Noraflow's profit, margin, break-even and related calculations are tools intended to help you understand your business information. They depend on the information you provide and the application's calculation methods. They are not a guarantee of actual business profit or future results.
Noraflow is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, legal or financial advice.
5. Local storage and loss of data
Noraflow stores core application information locally rather than on a Noraflow cloud server. Clearing browser data, deleting application storage, uninstalling the application, resetting a device, changing browsers or similar actions may cause locally stored information to be permanently lost.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Noraflow, attempt to disrupt its operation, interfere with its security, or use the website to distribute malicious content or conduct unlawful activity.
7. Intellectual property
Noraflow's name, branding, interface design, original software, graphics and other original materials belong to Noraflow or their respective licensors unless stated otherwise. These terms do not transfer ownership of Noraflow's intellectual property to you.
8. Availability and changes
We may improve, change, suspend or discontinue parts of Noraflow from time to time. We will try to keep the service useful and reliable, but we do not promise that every feature will always be available or free from interruptions.
9. Third-party links and services
Noraflow may contain links to third-party websites or services. Those services are controlled by their own operators and may have separate terms and privacy policies.
10. Disclaimer
Noraflow is provided as a business-management and calculation tool. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Noraflow does not guarantee that calculations will always be error-free or that the service will meet every particular business requirement.
11. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Noraflow is not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate information entered by the user, loss of locally stored data, device failure, browser storage deletion, or decisions made solely from Noraflow's calculations.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service when the product or applicable requirements change. Updated terms will be published on this page with a new effective date.
