Noraflow is designed to be local-first. Your business records are intended to stay on the device or browser where you use Noraflow. We do not require an account, and Noraflow does not send your business records to a Noraflow server.
1. Who we are
Noraflow is a business-management application designed to help small businesses track daily sales, estimated profit, expenses, savings, products and business performance without requiring users to record every individual transaction.
For privacy questions,
Noraflow does not require you to create an account and does not require you to provide your name, phone number, email address or password to use the core application. Business information you enter into Noraflow such as sales, expenses, products, savings and profit records is stored locally on your device or in your browser's local storage/database. Important: Because this information is stored locally, we cannot recover it if you clear browser storage, uninstall the app, reset the device, or otherwise remove the stored data. Noraflow does not sell, rent or trade the business records that you enter into the application. We also do not use your business records to create advertising profiles. The core Noraflow application does not send your business records to our servers. If we enable a separate website analytics service on the public Noraflow website, that service may collect limited information about visits and website interactions, such as pages viewed, clicks, scrolling behaviour, device type and approximate usage information. This analytics information is separate from the business records stored inside the Noraflow application. Before enabling any analytics service, we will update this Privacy Policy to identify the service and explain the information it collects. Noraflow may use browser storage technologies such as IndexedDB or local storage to keep your information available between visits. This storage belongs to the browser or device environment in which Noraflow is being used. It is not an online Noraflow account or cloud database. We design Noraflow so that the application's business records do not need to be transmitted to a Noraflow backend. You are responsible for protecting access to the device and browser where your Noraflow records are stored. Because core business records are stored locally, you can remove them using the application's delete/reset controls or by clearing the relevant browser storage. Clearing browser storage may permanently remove your records. Noraflow may link to third-party websites or services. Those services have their own privacy policies and terms. Noraflow is not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites. Noraflow is intended as a business tool and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal information processed about you, including rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection. Tanzania's Personal Data Protection Commission publishes guidance and templates for website privacy notices. We may update this Privacy Policy when Noraflow's features, technology or data practices change. The updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.2. Information we collect
