What is Noraflow?
A simple business tool for tracking daily sales, estimated profit, expenses, savings and business history without recording every individual transaction.

How Noraflow works
Do I need an account?
No account is required for the core app. Core business records are stored locally in the browser.
What should I set up first?
Add the products you sell and their buying and selling prices so Noraflow can understand their margins.
Can I use it every day?
Yes. Update the day's sales, record expenses or savings when needed, and review your history over time.
02 · YOUR DATA
Your records stay with you
The current app stores core business information locally using IndexedDB, including products, sales history, seasons, goals, expenses and settings.
Because records are local, clearing browser storage or changing devices can affect access. Use Export Data regularly and keep backups somewhere safe.
Can I restore a backup?
Yes. Use Export Data in Settings to create a backup, then Import Data to restore a compatible backup.
03 · PROFIT
Understanding the numbers
What does estimated profit mean?
Noraflow estimates profit using the margin information from your configured products. It is a practical business estimate, not full accounting.
Why can it change?
Changing product prices or the mix of products can change the margin used for the estimate.
What about expenses?
Expenses are tracked separately so you can see money leaving the business alongside sales and estimated profit.
04 · TROUBLESHOOTING
Something isn't working?
Noraflow won't load
Refresh the page and use a current Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox browser. Private/incognito browsing can interfere with local storage.
My data disappeared
Check that you are on the same browser and device. If you have a backup, use Import Data.
I changed devices
Local data does not automatically follow you. Export a backup from the old device and import it on the new one.
